Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning and executing campaigns across various digital channels: Paid Social, Influencer Marketing, SEM, Programmatic Buying, AdTech
  • Manages campaigns for a set of clients from campaign setup, planning, delivery, reporting to overall client support and satisfaction
  • Develops expertise in AdTech and MarTech technologies and works with media vendors and AdTech partners
  • Reports to the Head of Strategy & Planning
  • Develops digital media plans and presentations for clients' briefs
  • Collaborates with internal team on ideation and plan strategy
  • Becomes an expert in digital media execution and reporting
  • Communicates directly with media vendors at planning, delivery and reporting stages
  • Communicates directly with clients across the full campaign lifecycle
  • Recommends campaign optimization suggestions and can come up with new ideas for campaigns
  • Works autonomously but will always be supported by senior team mates
  • Demonstrates proactivity and interacts with clients and team mates to help move business forward in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
  • Demonstrates versatility, flexibility and curiosity

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a media agency, ideally from a big network agency (e.g. iProspect, Reprise, Mindshare, OMD, UM, etc.)
  • 12 years of previous digital experience at a media/digital agency, including clientfacing experience
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Organized multitasker with an eye for detail in a fastpaced, changing environment
  • Knows how to prioritize and organize tasks and loves to take on a good challenge, especially on a tight deadline
  • Works well in teams and has both bigpicture and attentiontodetail skills
  • Fully fluent in English with outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Selfstarter who works well in a team
  • Enjoys working in a startup environment, with the opportunity and ability to learn, adapt and move quickly
