We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive growth and expand IMC Advisory Services' business through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Generate business growth by developing new leads and contacts through various channels, including online research, networking tools, and referrals.
- Identify and thoroughly research opportunities in both new and existing markets.
- Develop and maintain an indepth understanding of the company's services and target market to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and proactively develop strategies to stay ahead.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions to address their challenges.
- Skillfully negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain an updated prospective client database for effective pipeline management.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
- Cultivate positive and longlasting relationships with current and potential clients.
- Ensure outstanding customer service through regular client followup and proactive support.
Key Competencies Required:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B development, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills, enabling identification and capitalization of business opportunities.
- Commercially savvy individual with excellent communication skills.
- Selfdriven and adept at working independently, taking ownership of projects and targets.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to achieve collective business goals.
