What you'll do:
Overview

  • The primary function of the job is to develop MV solution business sales through EPC and Contractors. Main interface to extend Licensee and Eaton's own Solution to Contractors and EPCs in selected segment.

Your essential responsibilities:

  • Drives Solution Business through EPC and Projects
  • Develops Consultant, contractor & EPC Approach for all Sector Projects mainly focus on Transformer and MV switchgear
  • To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
  • Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
  • Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
  • Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
  • Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
  • Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferable in Engineering or Science
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience
  • Network with EPCs, Contractors, Global EPC's
  • Technical Selling for Power Distribution Assembly solutions
  • Knowledge in PD Solutions and Systems Including MV Switchgears, Transformers
  • Knowledge in PD Components
  • Commercial Acumen and Sensitivities to Project GTM Model.
