Job Description:

We are looking for a careful and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for daily office management, assisting management with administrative matters, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answer and forward calls, handle daily mail and couriers
  • Organize and schedule meetings, prepare meeting minutes
  • Manage and maintain office equipment and supplies
  • Assist management in preparing and managing documents, and handle administrative matters
  • Organize company events and employee training
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including arranging interviews and onboarding training
  • Handle other tasks assigned on an ad hoc basis

Ideal Profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in office software (such as Microsoft Office suite)
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Candidates with administrative assistant work experience are preferred
  • College degree or above
