Your Responsibilities
- Be a part of the Client Advisory Team, reporting directly to the Head of Business Client Advisory Service, APAC - Work with valued clients across Asia Pacific region, supporting them throughout their lifecycle as a 360T client - Handle a variety of tasks, taking ownership of projects and opportunities for growth - Provide excellent service for existing and new customers - Manage and resolve incoming client requests efficiently - Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients onto our platform - Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts - Conduct client platform trainings, both interactive and remote - Document, analyze, and improve existing workflows and processes - Collaborate with the global client services team to implement global policies in the region - Oversee project stages including product development, process implementation, regulatory/compliance, and client setups - Participate in quality assurance by testing products and new features - Interact and cooperate with internal teams like Sales, Legal, Technical Client Advisory Services, Accounting, and ITYour Profile
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance and/or Computing - Minimum 2 years of experience in eSupport, Client services, Middle office, or Back office of a Financial Institution - Strong analytical and problems-solving skills - High level of accuracy, organization, and communication skills - Enthusiastic about providing high-quality service to clients - Ability to explain technical terms to various audiences - Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, additional language skills like Japanese are a plusOur Offer
