About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Client Services Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming requests from clients and stakeholders, handling user management tasks, and supporting the team to rollout new platform functionalities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming requests from clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Handle user management tasks, including user creations, deletions, and amendments.
  • Support the team in rolling out new platform functionalities to clients, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Gain expertise in our product offering, staying up-to-date with the latest features and developments.
  • Generate reports for internal and external stakeholders, including banks, corporates, and asset management firms.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and tasks, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a university degree in a relevant field, such as Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Computer Science. You should have a strong interest in financial markets, excellent communication skills, and a proactive work ethic.
