Business Client Services Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Client Services Manager to join our Client Advisory Team in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued clients across the Asia Pacific region.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch service to existing and new customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage, solve, and complete all incoming requests from clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients onto our platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Conduct client platform trainings, both interactive and remote, to ensure clients are fully utilizing our services.
- Maintain, document, analyze, and improve existing workflows and processes to drive efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with the global client services team to implement global policies and leverage regional expertise to inform global policy improvements.
- Oversee various project stages, including product development, process implementation, regulatory compliance, and complex client setups.
- Participate in quality assurance by testing our full range of products and new features on our platform.
- Closely interact and cooperate with internal teams, including Sales, Legal, Technical Client Advisory Services, Accounting, and IT.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a finance and/or computing-based discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in eSupport, client services, middle office, or back office of a financial institution or FX/e-treasury environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of insight and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical terms and information to various audiences.
- Enthusiasm for providing high-quality service to clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, with additional language skills a benefit (e.g., Japanese).
