Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Organise and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Assist with preparing materials for meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Administer travel arrangements.
- Ensure office space is well organised.
- Develop, implement, and timely review of Administration Policies and Procedures.
- Update key contact lists for the hotel.
- Design and implement filling systems, ensuring that it is kept updated.
- Handle calls made to the office.
- Assist guests with their enquiries/complaints.
- Maintain office efficiency by planning, maintaining, and purchasing office supplies and equipment procurement.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by various from time to time.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education and with at least 5 years of experience in a related field
- Experience in the hotel industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure with mínimal supervision and in navigating ambiguity.
