Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a responsible Customer service and Administration officer to perform a variety of administrative and customer service tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate must be able to handle day-to-day general admin and office matters independently
  • Respond promptly to customers inquires via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide accurate information about our cleaning services, pricing and scheduling options.
  • Coordinate with cleaning teams to ensure timely arrivals and completion of scheduled services
  • Efficiently schedule cleaning appointments based on customer preferences and availability of cleaning crews
  • Keep detailed records of appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling requests
  • Maintain office equipment, manage the office cleaners, supplies and facilities
  • Maintain clear and professional communication at all times, ensuring a commitment to satisfactory resolutions.
  • Any Other Ad-Hoc duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in any field
  • Good command of English and Chinese Mandarin
  • More than two years of working or relevant experience
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with high level of accuracy
  • Good time management and meticulous
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Meticulous, organized and good attention to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
