Job Description for Administrative and Customer Service AssistantPosition Details

Location: Nearest MRT: Telok Ayer (DT Line) / Raffles Place MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Start Date: ASAP

Salary: up to 2500

Job Overview

We are seeking a candidate with administrative and customer service experience to join our team for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, familiarity with MS Office, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Typing, filing, and document scanning.
  • Customer Service: Email writing and meeting/greeting walk-in customers.
  • Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
