Customer Service and Administration Executive
  • S$2,000 - S$2,800 + AWS + Bonus (Depend on Company Performance)
  • 5 days Mon – Fri
  • 9am – 6pm
  • Nearest Mrt: Taiseng

Responsibilities

  • Address and respond to customer inquiries regarding products and orders through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist with customer service appointments and address product-related questions.
  • Organize and manage inventory to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks related to operations and logistics.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with managing e-commerce platforms is a plus, but training will be provided if necessary.
  • Unloads and pack ordered items (5 – 10kg)
