Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ownership of allocated Inside Sales work by customer account.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Generating quotations based on customer requirements.
  • Ensure customer purchase orders are executed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all customers required specifications, drawings and any related documentation are communicated to appropriate personnel within the organization.
  • Manage all delivery and pricing against customer purchase orders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of shipment.
  • Work with outdoor sales to achieve objectives.
  • Generate M3 report for data accuracy.
  • Responsible for and directly involved with assigned customers.
  • Monitor delivery and expediting when needed.
  • Collaborate purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery by suppliers.
  • Handle customer returns and issues from suppliers.
  • Co-ordinate shipment from/to customers & suppliers.
  • Following up customer overdue payment.
  • Suggest improvements to increase efficiency of Inside Sales dept.
  • Any tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Inside Sales activities.
  • Knowledge of ERP /Oracle system such as order processing, issuance of PO.
  • External audit experience and/or demonstrate strong working knowledge with internal controls preferred.
  • Strong initiative and ability to handle multiple tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
  • Meticulous, independent and responsible with good organization and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient with Excel, Office and experience with ERP/ Oracle systems.
