The Commercial Subsidiaries Group (CSG) Relationship Manager is a key role within the Citi Global Network Bank (GNB).

In this role, your responsibilities include:

  • Build and nurture client relationships, anticipate needs, and address concerns effectively.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and coordinate internal departments to resolve service issues.
  • Collaborate with experts to create tailored solutions for clients' needs.
  • Support the on-boarding and retention of clients while ensuring compliance requirements are met.
  • Work on structuring deals and identifying potential clients.
  • Share market updates and intelligence proactively with clients.
  • Manage transaction submissions and credit processes.
  • Evaluate risks and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

Key qualifications and skills:

  • 4-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in banking and investment products with a track record of providing financial advice.
  • Strong credit and risk management skills.
  • Ability to close deals and maintain credit documentation.
  • Effective teamwork, communication, and business development skills.
  • Innovative mindset for meeting client needs and leveraging technology.
