This Team Lead role reports to the Head of Marketing (Lifelong Learning) and is a key enabler of brand experience, communicating the vision, mission and strategic objectives of the University. He/she is accountable for maximizing commercial return from marketing investments, as well as driving NTU's data-driven leads marketing and leads management activities. He/she will lead and drive number and revenue targets for Postgraduate (Coursework) programs and develop a comprehensive recruitment and marketing plan to grow the market and build brand awareness of NTU, in the lifelong learning space.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Brand Management and Strategic Marketing Plan development - Responsible for brand planning and developing dynamic marketing plans for various programs to achieve recruitment objectives and maximize ROI impact on our marketing budgets. Marketing plans include recruitment activities in key markets raising brand awareness, programs' profile, and competitiveness. Ensure regular monitoring to stay on track and incorporate analysis for adjustments.
  • Content Marketing - Own and drive a comprehensive content calendar across platforms and touchpoints for key audience segments, driving a consistent strategic narrative. Oversee the creation of compelling brand content showcasing NTU's strengths and value propositions in the lifelong learning space.
  • Student Recruitment - Drive a data-driven approach to student recruitment, monitor application and admission trends, and report on all phases of recruitment process. Drive strategic partnerships to attract high-quality postgraduate students in target markets to enroll in our Postgraduate (Coursework) programs. Achieve student admission targets through recruitment channels.
  • Recruitment events management - Identify and create appropriate events worldwide to reach our target audience. Plan and execute events in various formats like fairs, exhibitions, webinars, and more. Establish necessary KPIs for events.
  • Strategic market insights and competitive analysis - Provide strategic market insights, program trends, and propose improvements. Benchmark against competitive programs, manage surveys for market insights and trends.
  • Collaborating with Stakeholders - Leverage alumni to enhance programs' awareness, work with alumni department, drive referrals, and collaborate with agency and marketing communications team.

Key Competencies and Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business management and marketing
  • Minimum 12 years of marketing, sales, or admissions experience with 6 years in supervisory roles
  • Good at liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in CRM lead database management using Hubspot
  • Sound knowledge in marketing performance attribution and analytics, target markets
  • Demonstrated track record in sales/leads generation and process enhancement
  • Results-oriented, good interpersonal, planning & organizational skills
  • High integrity, attention to details, analytical, digital marketing experience
  • Project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • People-oriented, team player
