Position Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Marketing and Branding Executive / Senior Executive to join our Branding and Sustainability Team. This role involves overseeing various operational aspects related to marketing, branding, sustainability initiatives, and logistics management. In addition to administrative tasks, the ideal candidate will be instrumental in engaging with partners, vendors, and agencies, and researching the latest trends in the financial market, merchandise, exhibitions, branding, and sustainability initiatives globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Liaise with partners such as UN-related agencies, charities, football clubs, etc., to explore potential co-branding activities and marketing opportunities.
  • Assist in acquiring quotations from vendors and agencies for branding materials, promotional items, and event management services.
  • Work closely with vendors and agencies to ensure timely service delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Conduct research to discover new vendors, agencies, and partners aligning with the company's marketing, branding, and sustainability goals.

Payment Administration:

  • Handle invoices, payments, and reimbursements linked to marketing and branding activities, ensuring precision and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to address any payment-related concerns or discrepancies.

Administrative Support:

  • Offer administrative assistance to the Brand and Sustainability Team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and drafting correspondences.
  • Maintain documentation and records associated with marketing, branding, and sustainability projects, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
  • Support in producing presentations, reports, and other materials for both internal and external stakeholders.

Trend Research:

  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in industry merchandise, exhibitions, branding, and sustainability initiatives globally.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to pinpoint opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Offer insights and suggestions to enhance the company's branding and sustainability strategies.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, administration, or logistics management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic experience with design software like Canva.
  • Effective communication skills with the capacity to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
  • Interest in marketing, branding principles, and sustainability practices.
  • Fresh graduates displaying a relentless passion will also be considered.
