The workplace is where most adult Singaporeans spend a big part of their day, making it a crucial place for health promotion. Companies can play a key role in improving their employees' well-being by fostering a conducive work environment.

We offer support and resources to workplaces to help them create a healthy atmosphere for their staff. Our focus areas include preventing obesity, managing chronic diseases, enhancing mental health, and aiding in smoking cessation.

To reach our objectives, we have established workplace health clusters and company-based health programs. We also deliver targeted interventions for older workers in various industries. By employing a comprehensive approach that combines ecosystem, company-based, and sectoral strategies, we aim to ensure all workers in Singapore can benefit from a health-promoting workplace.

The Settings-based Workplace Outreach Department (SBO) collaborates with stakeholders like real estate partners, business owners, health solution providers, and companies to develop and implement effective health promotion solutions that enhance the well-being of the working population in Singapore.

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic team members to join our Workplace Health team in championing good health among the working population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programme Evaluation and Analysis: Conduct assessment and analysis activities, refine evaluation frameworks, propose relevant indicators, and enhance existing program structures.
  • Programme Strategy and Design: Ensure programs meet target audience needs, align with organizational goals, and promote positive health outcomes. Collaborate with internal divisions and national bodies to drive adoption of health promotion initiatives.
  • Partnerships and Outreach: Cultivate sustainable partnerships, manage accounts, and implement tailored programs to address the specific needs of different groups.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development and stakeholder collaborations, preferably with exposure to workplace health promotion.
  • Proficiency in program analysis and evaluation, along with the ability to design effective interventions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, navigate high-pressure situations, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with excellent collaborative and communication abilities.
