_Job Responsibilities:
_


Customer Service & Administration Tasks

Responsible for the following:

  • To ensure Orders submitted are audited to have complete info before acceptance.
  • To enter orders details into file to generate billing, production reports and delivery order form.
  • Console monthly billing and submit it to the Finance Department.
  • Auditing of Production reports & printing of labels are required before handing over to Production Mgr.
  • To liaise with Vendors on orders specs and queries.
  • To arrange any Tech Team colleagues to Vendor's site for assistance if required.
  • To follow up with Vendors on outstanding issues and follow up on payment before collection of goods.
  • To update sales figures weekly.
  • Update warranty serial numbers.
  • Ensure documentation is done properly and filing is done accordingly.
  • To attend a walkin showroom, if any.
  • Preparation of Fabric albums if required.
  • General daily upkeep of showroom, office area and pantry.
  • Adhoc work that is assigned to you by the Manager

_Job Requirements:
_


  • GCE "O" Level or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2year experiences in operations and administration roles.
  • With minimum 2 years of related industries experience, this individual is expected to complete their assigned task in meeting the department objectives & goals
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications especially in Excel
  • Pleasant and patient personality with excellent service mindset
  • Good interpersonal skill with a high level of initiative and drive
  • High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
  • Ability to plan daily workload.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Selfdiscipline in time management and task on time
