Main Responsibilities

  • Attend to inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, delivery surcharges and lead time;
  • Work with Sales to understand and execute pricing/Margin/ supply / payment and any assigned customer account related issues.
  • Manage the ordertodelivery process to ensure smooth delivery, including coordination with customer, Sales, global supply team, as well as local delivery agents
  • Fulfill delivery requirements for orders, coping with changes in delivery requirements and provide professional advices in relation to local geographical conditions and supply limitations
  • Order followup activities, including submission of delivery notes for invoicing, chase and monitor outstanding payment
  • Maintain continuous and positive rapport with customers, monitor account performance and any changes in assigned accounts

_The Senior role _should be able to give guidance to the team, assist CS manager to supervise their day to day CS function and resolve CS issues whenever necessary

Requirements:

  • Full handson Order Management experience (Minimum 7 years)
  • Excellent interaction capabilities and a proactive communicator
  • Diploma level and above
  • Proactive and takes initiatives to solve issues and deliver results
