My client is a recognised digital brokerage brand leveraging leading technology to develop an ever-evolving platform for their expanding digital based clientele.


They are currently looking for a commercially savvy distribution lead to drive new business and deliver market leading products to their partners and customers.

The role will be focused on building and expanding commercial partnerships to grow the footprint of the organisation. They are looking for someone to deliver impressive growth in the short, medium and long term.


You will also ensure the company has the best products and commercial partners to meet the needs of each and every client.

This will be demonstrated through the design of sophisticated customer products that will create cross and upselling opportunities as well retain loyal customer base.

All of this will be underpinned with solid communication and collaboration with all senior regional senior stakeholders keeping them updated of trends and changes within the industry.


To be considered you will have:

  • Ability to work in a high pressure sales and distribution environment
  • Proven experience of working within Digital Brokerage
  • Strong network of clientele within digital brokerage sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, leadership and management.
