Job Opening: Senior Learning Strategist / Learning Strategist

NIE is looking for a dedicated Senior Learning Strategist / Learning Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with faculties to create cutting-edge blended learning experiences and provide strategic guidance for innovative digital teaching practices.

Responsibilities
  • Build Evidence-Based Innovation in Teaching & Learning within NIE:
    • Research adult learning theories and educational technology tools.
    • Design engaging initiatives and workshops for faculty.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on innovative design solutions.
  • Keep Up with Learning Sciences and Innovative Teaching and Learning Practices:
    • Stay current on innovative teaching practices in higher education.
    • Create a culture of continuous learning within the team.
Requirements
  • A degree in Instructional Design, Education, or Learning Sciences.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design or related fields.
  • Extensive experience in training and adult education.
  • Proven ability to manage learning projects.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in educational technologies for learning.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
