As an Administrative Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization.
You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, supporting multiple departments and stakeholders.Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff members.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
- Assist with document management, including filing, scanning, and archiving.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and placed orders when necessary.
- Assist with budgeting and financial administration, including tracking expenses and processing invoices.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports.
- Support HR functions
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and external stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using office software and equipment (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, printers, scanners).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse individuals and teams.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- A proactive and selfmotivated attitude, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of project management principles and tools.
- Familiarity with basic accounting and financial concepts.
