Position:
Admin Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and available for team members.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents, records, and reports, both physical and digital.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Coordinate and plan company events and activities.
- Assist in managing HRrelated tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Support the finance department with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.
