  • Handle fullsets accounts and prepare monthend closing of accounts, audit schedule, intercompany reconciliations, and statutory and management reporting.
  • GST preparation and submission.
  • Income tax and XBRL filing.
  • Liaise with bankers, external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial companies.
  • Liaise and interact with suppliers and clients to perform daytoday financial accounting functions.
  • Prepare the remittance, FAST payment via the online banking system, cash, and cheque payment.
  • Compile the relevant business documentation used in banking processes.
  • Enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and statements.
  • Perform adhoc duties and any administrative tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in handling full set accounts and at least 5 years experience in the field.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Must be meticulous, initiative, and resourceful.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and familiar with Microsoft Excel.
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to complete daily work, especially during yearend closing.
  • An openness to get involved in all aspects of account management support.
