Senior Manager, Digital Product - Asia Pacific


At Hilton, you will plan and lead how digital transformation happens in a multi-national company that takes pride in planning, building, and operating human-centric technology.

As a Senior Manager, Digital Product - Asia Pacific (APAC), you will act in the best interest of our customers across APAC.

You will use data and creativity to pitch innovative epics, build digital capabilities, work with analytics to drive step funnel conversion to ensure happy customers and owners.


What will I be doing?
As the Senior Manager, Digital Product - APAC, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Lead the product planning and implementation for Hilton's digital products including web, mobile and other emerging technologies such as AI
  • Develop and maintain roadmap for digital product development by listening to our customers, market experts, and validate with data
  • Partner with UX, Engineering, and other teams to drive the development of digital products from concept to launch
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines
  • Prioritize local and regional tickets, write in the product language, and participate in scrum meetings to ensure the tickets are implemented and tested
  • Create powerful and insightful presentations on the impact created by the digital products you own
  • Ensure products are launched on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards

What are we looking for?


A Senior Manager, Digital Product - APAC serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

  • Bachelor or master's degree from top tier university with digital technology related background (e. g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, AI and machine learning, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of related experience
  • Experience in running personal or official digital channels including but not limited to blogs, ecommerce sites, official accounts or are sophisticated user with indepth digital knowledge
  • Understand or willing to learn and work in low code data and technical environment
  • Entrepreneurial, cando attitude, logical thinker, digital savvy, attention to details
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate and validate unusual data trends and patterns
  • Proficiency in Chinese language will be a plus to work with Greater China & Mongolia (GCM) teams
  • Able to travel globally when required
