Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to Project Director.
  • Sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mails for Project Director and manage documents reports, drawings.
  • Keep track and compile monthly administration reports for various project departments.
  • Ensure that all purchases are properly made and coordinated within the organization.
  • Assist on interfacing with suppliers and subcontractors and meet the specified requirement.
  • Keep all purchasing records such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, suppliers'.
  • Match requisitions and verify price against invoices, data entries of all purchases.
  • Prepare project schedule.
  • Provide site workers' admin and logistic support

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Excel and word.
  • Abilitity to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Good time Managemetn and a sense of urgency is a must
  • Organised, good coordination skills
  • Proficient in English and Chinese
