About the job
Design and implement Anaplan solutions, ensuring they are specialized and optimized that align with business objectives.
Provide Level 2 support, handling all related tickets and ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver training on Anaplan solutions.
Dedicate to Anaplan implementation projects, including project management responsibilities.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure projects are successfully executed.
Stay up to date on the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry.
Conduct technical testing to enhance tool functionality and visualization features.
Analyze customer feedback and use it to improve the product.
Identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the executive team.
About you
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
At least 5 years of experience in Anaplan development and support.
Proven track record of successful Anaplan design and implementation projects.
Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Experience in providing Level 2 support and handling support tickets efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a non-technical audience.
Experience working in multinational environments.
Have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to think outside the box to drive innovation.
