Hummingbird Bioscience is a data-driven precision biotherapeutics team discovering and developing transformative biologic medicines for hard-to-treat diseases.
The Hummingbird Bioscience model combines computational and systems biology and wet lab drug discovery in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative environment spanning initial discovery through clinical development.
We harness this integrated approach across target identification and patient selection, enabling our team to increase the efficiency of translating novel scientific insights while reducing the inherent risk in drug discovery and development.

ABOUT THE ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from multiple sources
- Prepare and validate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly HR analytics reports
- Play a proactive role in analyzing HR data, support to assist with queries from stakeholders including liaison with finance, management, regulators, auditors etc
- Support in new joiner payroll data, such as verification of data
- Prepare HR announcement materials and engage communication message with employees
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to present HR metrics, trends,
- Support in coordination of recruitment activities, employee data, onboarding process and buddy program to add value to the employee experience
HR Projects & Others:
- Support Corporate Social Responsibility, University recruitment, Brown Bag and workshops, Diversity programs, employees' Annual Health Screening, HR Newsletter etc
- Draft HR newsletters on a bimonthly basis
- Support in daily lunch orders where required
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business or a related field.
- Proficient in handling data and numbers.
- Strong expertise with MS Excel
- VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Power Query/Pivot.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Independent, detailoriented, goaloriented, inquisitive, and selfmotivated with the ability to work in a fastpaced, highly dynamic environment
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Handson experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView a plus
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, including the Singapore Employment Act.
