The Role

This position will manage and administer leases in a portfolio of properties.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible of managing HOD calendar. Responsible for department administrative duties including organising of tenants and department events. Responsible for management of leases which includes preparing and checking lease documents. Responsible for lease documentation, audit checks on leases and tenants and other related lease management functions. Enter information and data into the system and maintain the database, as well as monitor the status of lease documents. In charge of tracking security deposit, monitor submission of gross sales turnover reports and audited sales reports by tenants and adjustment of audited sales.

Job Requirements

Diploma is relevant courses. At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word is essential. Experience in SAP will be an added advantage. You should be meticulous, diligent, a team player, independent and process initiative. Other key attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
