Job Title: Senior Assistant Manager at NTU Entrepreneurship Academy

At NTU Entrepreneurship Academy (NTUpreneur), we are dedicated to providing top-notch education within the University and the region. As the Senior Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in spearheading the development of the new Doctorate and Masters in Innovation Programme. Working collaboratively with key stakeholders like the Deputy Director of NTU Entrepreneurship Academy, Lead of Postgraduate team, and the University Taskforce, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of the programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of Doctorate and Masters in Innovation Programme
    • Conduct research, gather and organize pertinent information to shape the programme
    • Prepare necessary documentation and proposals for review by senior management
  • Secretariat support to the Programme Taskforce
    • Organize meetings, prepare materials, and follow up on action items
    • Provide administrative support to ensure seamless operations
  • Marketing, student recruitment, student management, and administrative support
    • Coordinate marketing activities and events efficiently
    • Ensure smooth implementation of the programme through effective administrative support
  • Delivery and implementation of the programme
    • Plan class schedules and consultation timetables effectively
    • Collaborate with the Overseas Entrepreneurship Programme team for placements
    • Manage operating budget to ensure compliance

Key Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a university environment preferred
  • Knowledge of entrepreneurship and start-up ecosystem
  • Experience in budget planning, revenue projection, and grant management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
