As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a
Business Development Executive / Project Manager. This role is crucial in driving our growth by developing new business opportunities and managing our supplier relationships.


Job Scope:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, collaborations, and distribution channels.

  • Coordinate corporate sales order
  • Distribution Channel Expansion:
  • Identify and target new distribution channels to increase product reach and market penetration.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to onboard new distributors, retailers, and ecommerce platforms.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with distribution partners, providing ongoing support and training.
  • Corporate Gifting Outreach:
  • Identify potential corporate gifting clients and understand their specific needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement a targeted outreach strategy to engage corporate clients and showcase our products.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our corporate gifting solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize products and tailor offerings to meet corporate clients' requirements.
  • Supplier Management:
  • Collaborate with suppliers to develop new products, improve existing offerings, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, pricing, reliability, and delivery capabilities.
  • Manage supplier relationships, including regular communication, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing or related discipline
  • Proven experience in business development, supplier management, or a similar role, preferably within the souvenir and lifestyle product industry
  • Willingness to travel for client visits, trade shows, and industry events as required
  • Resultsoriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment and able to deliver results within tight deadlines
  • Able to plan and prioritise work
  • Excited about working at a startup
  • Warmth, resourcefulness and good judgement
  • Able to speak and write in English and Chinese fluently
