Responsibilities
- Engaging in full cycle of the recruitment process
- Brainstorming ideas to boost recruitment
- Preparing employment contracts and/or others letters such as confirmation, transfer, promotion, etc.
- Employee onboarding and orientation
- Manage and administer employees' leave entitlements, including annual leave, sick leave, and other types of absences
- Maintain accurate records of employee leave balances, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Perform other duties as directed
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder
- Possesses a strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude
- Able to adapt and work in a fastpaced environment
- Organized, meticulous, strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Problemsolver with strong communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a team setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Salary:
$2, $3,500.00 per month
