We are seeking for a capable

Responsibilities

  • Engaging in full cycle of the recruitment process
  • Brainstorming ideas to boost recruitment
  • Preparing employment contracts and/or others letters such as confirmation, transfer, promotion, etc.
  • Employee onboarding and orientation
  • Manage and administer employees' leave entitlements, including annual leave, sick leave, and other types of absences
  • Maintain accurate records of employee leave balances, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations
  • Perform other duties as directed

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • Possesses a strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude
  • Able to adapt and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Organized, meticulous, strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problemsolver with strong communication skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Salary:
$2, $3,500.00 per month
