Respond to sales inquiries from new customers

  • Handle customer requests regarding sales details and communications
  • Coordination with sales and production team
  • Assist in providing effective solution that fit clients' requirement.
  • Prepare quotation, and processing order
  • Follow up with for payment and shipment confirmation.
  • Arrange delivery or installation
  • Handle walk in customer when required
  • Other work assigned by manager 5 Working Days (8am to 6pm)

Requirements:

Language Proficiency:Proficiency in English.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Patient and helpful to assist customer on their inquiries
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative record keeping.
  • Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
