Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Administrator & Customer Service position at Arise Services PTE LTD in Singapore. As a Sales Administrator & Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for:• Handling pre and post course registration• Handling paperwork before, during and after a course• Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment terms and deadlines• Reply to customers enquiries on course information/customer complaints, and feedback to the Stakeholders.• Prepare and file documents• Make accurate customer and sales data entry into the system• Provide administrative support to the team• Assist with the execution of special events and promotions• Other ad hoc duties as assignmentsQualificationsEducation/Skills/Experience:• Minimally a diploma in any field• Excellent communication skill in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)• Open to entry-level candidates and fresh graduates with strong potential• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is a plus• Customer service and communication skills• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills• Proficiency in basic applications like MS Office and Zoom• Experience in the service industry is a plusSalary + Benefits:Basic Salary: From $2000-$2500Yearly increment (based on performance)13th month bonusPaid medical leaveWorking Days and HoursMon – Fri8 - 5.30pmLocationSingapore near ( Lavender MRT)Commencement Date:ImmediateOnly Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
