  • Supervise construction works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and local regulations.
    Ensure all materials and workmanship on-site meet the required quality and specifications.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the Building Control Act and other relevant authorities' requirements.
  • Maintain proper records of site activities, inspections, and testing.
    Prepare and submit daily reports, inspection checklists, and progress updates to the QP(Supervision) and project team.
    Ensure that the contractor adheres to all workplace safety and health (WSH) guidelines.
  • Report any unsafe practices or incidents to the relevant parties.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Must be a registered RTO with BCA
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in site supervision (public or private sector)
  • Familiar with BCA, LTA, PUB, or other authority requirements depending on project type
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes of practice
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and reporting skills
