SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting directly to the Supervisor, the responsibilities and essential job functions of the Indian Cuisine Cook include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for day-to-day kitchen operation (Indian section).
- Prepare, cook and serve a variety of items in accordance with menus.
- Ensure food should be presented, preparation and service must be up to par in the kitchen.
- Assisting in inventories, stock ordering management.
- Ensure kitchen safety and food hygiene are followed in accordance with NEA standards.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all food items.
- Handson experience in Indian cuisine is preferred.
_Cook _are responsible primarily for overseeing the operation of a kitchen
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Indian Cuisine Culinary
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
