RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism or relevant field
- At least 3 years' working experience in a call centre environment or in a similar industry
- Relevant experience in the tourism/ hospitality/ servicerelated industry will be an added advantage
- Customeroriented, IT proficient and able to work independently as well as part of a diverse team
- Sound knowledge of telephone etiquette, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in Mandarin would be an added advantage due to the need to communicate with Mandarinspeaking customers
- Providing support for other adhoc tasks when required
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays and afteroffice hours
