Main Responsibilities

  • Primarily to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Club
  • Manage daytoday administrative duties
  • Maintain proper filing of documents and other office systems
  • Provide support for competitions and events
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 5 Days Work Week (need to work on Saturdays and/or Sundays)
  • Working hours from 8.30am to 6.00pm
  • Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of desktop publishing software MS Publisher and web design using Wordpress will be an added advantage
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English are essential. Fluency in a second language will be an added advantage
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision at times
  • Good interpersonal skills; flexible/adaptable and able to work with all levels in the Club
  • A supportive team player and possesses a strong customer service mindset, resourceful with good organisational skills
  • Prior working experience with horses/animals are not essential but must be comfortable working in an environment with animals and occasionally outdoors during events
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
