The Opportunity
FICO is seeking to expand the successful Global Platform Software Sales Team in Singapore. As a Solution Sales Executive (SSE) for the FICO Platform, you will collaborate with Key Account Managers, Technical & Industry Pre-Sales teams to drive adoption and growth of the Platform in Enterprise Accounts. Your role involves empowering business users to utilize the FICO Platform for data-driven customer journeys.
What You'll Contribute
- Understand and support customers in Consumer Lending and Retail Banking by offering expertise in Decisioning, Analytics, & Optimization within Financial Services.
- Establish relationships with senior client stakeholders to address key decision management challenges, showcasing FICO's platform capabilities.
- Identify solution opportunities through collaboration with internal teams to position proposals effectively.
- Ensure client satisfaction with solutions purchased for long-term, profitable relationships.
- Engage with internal FICO teams to educate customers on the business value of the FICO Platform.
- Collaborate with leading Financial Institutions and other sectors.
- Manage sales targets with potential earnings above targets.
What We're Seeking
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
- Proven track record in building client relationships and selling enterprise software solutions.
- Experience in financial services/banking sector advantageous.
- Interest in data, decision management, and Artificial Intelligence.
- Passion for customer education and success.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and tight deadlines.
- Collaborative work style and willingness to travel up to 50%.
