As a Global Account Manager for China and E-commerce Rising Stars, you will engage with fast-growing e-commerce and China-based accounts (for business outside of China), in need for agility, supply chain expertise, and x-regional capabilities.
Integral parts of the position will be to (1) target rising star accounts, (2) position DHL as strategic supply chain partner, and (3) build a global pipeline for your portfolio. You will support internal structures to win new business and leverage existing relationships with other BUs.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for acceleration of divisional Net Growth from target Ecom and Chinese Rising Star customers expanding xregionally (for Chinese customers outside of China)
- Drive targeting of highgrowth customers that plan to expand in the assigned geography and globally
- Win new business: support DSC country teams around the globe for assigned customers in the bidding process
- Convince local teams about doing business differently according to Ecom and Chinese Rising Stars' needs, in order to become competitive in this market
- Use standard bestpractice approaches and processes developed by the (Ecom) Rising Stars team and support shaping the Ecom and China Rising Stars approach
- Position DHL as key strategic supply chain partner globally for assigned rising star customers
- Grow share of wallet with target customers
- Leverage existing relationships with DMS team/ CSI/ other BUs to open doors with target accounts
- Maximize existing business retention and protect/ enhance margins
- Increase overall customer satisfaction
- Orchestrate and coordinate operational alignment
- Act as connection into the Chinese business culture
Requirements:
- A proven track record of working in a highly complex global, regional and local matrix environmentessential
- Market knowledge within Chinaessential
- Ability to speak Chinesebeneficial
- Ecommerce knowledgeessential
- A proven track record of delivering transformational growthbeneficial
- Extensive knowledge of Supply Chain/ Contract Logistics businessbeneficial
- Business Development experience and experience within a leadership role of frontline Account Management or Business Development activities essential
