Renewals Manager, Looker, Cloud

Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a customer facing role, as a Renewal Manager, Customer Success, Account Manager, Account Executive, or Business Development Representative.
- Experience working with various stakeholders within an organization, including Clevel executives.
- Experience working with companies of various sizes, ranging from startups to enterprises.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of Google Cloud data analytics product offerings (e.g., Looker) and the value they provide to customers.
- Ability to maintain and prioritize multiple projects.
- Ability to work remotely with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent discovery and agreement facilitation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

As a Renewals Manager, you will leverage data to understand customer portfolios, ensure that customers have an exceptional renewal experience, and exceed looker retention metrics.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of annual customer renewals, ensuring ontime customer retention and growth in yearoveryear renewal rates.
- Own, drive, and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the Account team (sales and Customer Success) to preserve and improve customer agreements and relationships.
- Prepare proposals, including renewal rate calculations and agreement preparations.
- Verify agreement, data integrity of all quotes, review terms and conditions to ensure renewal subscriptions are in line with company guidelines and policy.
- Identify opportunities to maximize customer growth.
