Senior Learning Consultant (Sales Trainer)

About the team:


The Global Sales Learning Team's mission is to provide FIS' global sales force with the most impactful learning experiences possible.

We train and coach our sellers using the latest industry and selling research to enable them to sell more efficiently and effectively within their territories.


What you will be doing:


In this role, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of training programs, team skill-building sessions, and the development of resources targeting skills gaps and future sales force needs.

You may also work individually with sellers in areas such as advising on campaign planning, preparing for client meetings, and creating effective presentations.


Specific responsibilities include:

  • Serving as an internal organizational development consultant for various divisions within FIS' sales organization.
  • Researching, developing, and facilitating training programs in leadership and professional curriculums for employees and managers at all levels of the company.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring:

  • Experience in complex B2B selling and/or account management
  • An understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and key selling skills
  • Significant expertise in facilitating adult learning and/or coaching
  • Indepth formal assessment processes, consulting services and measurement practices
  • Experience facilitating live and virtual sessions for both small and large groups
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills

Added bonus if you have:

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Instructional design expertise
  • Experience as an administrator or superuser on an LMS
  • In depthknowledge of psychological and behavioural assessment instruments, performance management processes and models, management coaching processes and adult learning theory
