The solutions the firm manages for Private Wealth clients and counterparties range from open-ended evergreen funds where clients benefit from a diversified portfolio of private market investments across multiple vintages, \sectors, and asset classes through one single investment to traditional closed ended funds as well as customized solutions.


Based in Partners Group's Singapore office, this position will be part of the Private Wealth APAC Client Solutions team, which is responsible for building new and broadening existing relationships with private wealth channels across the region.

Amid strong growth in this client segment, Partners Group is looking to expand its footprint to deepen its coverage of the APAC private wealth market.

This position includes supporting the team on existing relationships as well as developing new relationships in the region and demands a high degree of collaboration with the global Partners Group team.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the team to develop and manage relationships with existing and new Private Wealth partners such as global/regional/local banks and asset managers across relevant stakeholders
  • Assist in strategic distribution projects and product initiatives, coordinating daytoday interactions across openended and closedended funds
  • Map out investor landscape, plan and undertake regular cold call campaigns
  • Develop proficiency to assist with queries about the full range of Partners Group's solutions to partner organizations including operational and regulatory features of a product/project
  • Working closely with Partners Group's private wealth teams across a number of areas including portfolio solutions and structuring.
  • Become proficient in private markets and Partners Group's platform, products and investment strategies across asset classes
  • Understand key competitors' offerings and know how to assist in positioning Partners Group's solutions
  • Be involved in client onboarding, including CDD and KYC

What we expect
in a very entrepreneurial organization and someone who possesses strong networking & organization skills.

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA, Master's and/or CFA a plus) with strong academic backgroundin finance, accounting, economics or a relevant discipline
  • 23 years of relevant work experience (preferably in the private markets industry) in business development, consulting, sales & marketing, relationship management. Previous experience within the fund selection and institutional sales departments in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Private Markets, is a plus.
  • Ability to demonstrate passion for private markets/private wealth, entrepreneurship, and collaboration through relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with alternatives with a focus on semiliquid products, mutual funds and closeended products would be a distinct advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate in a polished, professional manner
  • Attention to detail, extremely organized, and commitment to excellence. Able to problem solve with a clientfocused mindset
  • Responsive and willing to work to tight deadlines in a challenging environment
