Als Customer Care Tech Mitarbeiter:in bist du technisch versiert und stehst unseren Kunden unterstützend und beratend zur Seite. Du ermöglichst unseren Kunden das Potential ihrer Produkte voll auszuschöpfen.
**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Als technisches First Level Teammitglied unterstützt und berätst du unsere Kunden per Telefon und Ticket
- Du findest eigenständige Lösungen oder klassifizierst die Anfrage und leitest sie an den 2nd Level Support weiter
- Du berätst unsere Kunden bei der Auswahl unserer Produkte
**Dein Profil**:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als ICT-Fachfrau/ICT-Fachmann EFZ oder engagierte:r und versierte:r self-made Techie
- Erfahrungen mit Web-Technologien von Vorteil (CMS, Mail, DNS, etc.)
- Deutsch als Muttersprache sowie gute Französischkenntnisse
- Ausgesprochene Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung
- Hervorragende:r Teamplayer:in
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichem Wochenend
- und Pikettdienst
