Client Solutions Team at TikTok helps nurture accounts through high touch client service and education on TikTok solutions, supporting brands in achieving their marketing and business objectives.

Cross functional collaboration is a mainstay for the team in providing holistic solutions that cover product knowledge, vertical expertise and market level insights.

Our team is looking for individuals possessing strong business acumen and the ability to provide consultative sales in a fast-paced environment.


  • Implement key growth initiatives in collaboration with sales, TikTok Shop, and crossfunctional teams, to grow the eCommerce business of the company in SEA, especially Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam markets
  • Drive strategic integration between TikTok Shop (TTS) and Global Business Solution (GBS), consolidating insights across different categories and markets
  • Act as a key liaison between GBS and crossfunctional teams in the development of operational playbooks, best practices, and process alignment initiatives
  • Understand business problems via data, and translate problems into structured project scope that directly drive actions that maximize revenue and business value
  • Work and collaborate with crossfunctional teams that includes Sales, Client Solutions, Operations and deliver educational content in a useful and appealing way to all stakeholders
  • Engage in Sales enablement and client support activities to proactively assist in conversations that unlock revenue, and generate inbound insights on product & operational barriers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification
  • 5 years or above professional working experience (preferably in Advertising or Internet ecommerce industry)
  • Preferred work experience in Project Management, Consulting, Strategy, Advertising solutions, Marketing
  • Excellent Project planning and Management skills: Ability to lead, support and run projects across the region by piloting new ideas, crafting roadmap and collaboratively deliver to achieve short and long term objectives
  • Senior stakeholder management: Ability to work, communicate and socialize complex ideas with senior business leaders
  • Crossfunctional collaborations: Work with both external and internal cross departments like sales, category account managers, campaign teams, and marketing teams
  • Strategic and Analytic mindset: Ability to understand and digest data analysis & output, to interpret and translate into strategic insights and implementable initiatives
  • Clear logic, methodology, and independently craft business narratives with effective presentation / articulation skills
  • Fluent English as a working language, and local language (Thai/Viet/Bahasa are a plus) with barrierfree communication, expression and social skills
  • Growth mindset, always day 1 mentality and resilience to collaboratively achieve breakthroughs with team
