This is an opportunity to join a tech-savvy B2B/C Tech SaaS company as a Sales Representative, responsible for driving sales through engaging with customers, utilizing CRM systems, and fostering client relationships.


What you'll do

  • Initiate outbound calls and engage with leads to create new business opportunities, demonstrating a proactive approach to sales.
  • Engage actively with inbound leads and inquiries, showcasing excellent customer service skills by understanding and effectively addressing customer needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from inbound opportunity origination to deal closure, demonstrating strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of leads and prospects, ensuring detailed records of interactions are kept in our CRM system, reflecting strong attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a teamoriented mindset and contributing significantly to the company's growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and maintain comprehensive product knowledge, showcasing a commitment to continuous learning and development.
  • Be flexible to meet clients facetoface when necessary, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to go the extra mile to foster stronger relationships and close deals.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in inside sales, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry, reflecting a solid background and understanding.
  • Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, showcasing solid sales acumen.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with customers, reflecting solid relationshipbuilding skills.
  • A goaldriven mindset with a passion for driving sales and exceeding targets reflects high motivation and ambition.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools, reflecting strong technical skills and familiarity with sales tools.
  • A techsavvy individual with a keen interest in B2C technology and software solutions, reflecting a passion for technology and innovation.
