Working hours: 8.15am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)

Job Type: 2 Years Contract Renewable or Convertible to Perm

Salary: Up to $3,000 (depending on educational qualification and relevant experience)

Job Description:

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new leads for the sales team by calling manufacturing contacts to introduce products and services. No product selling or closing is required.


Responsibilities:

  • Initiate conversations with potential clients via phone calls to introduce products and services.
  • Understand prospects' needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the CRM system.
  • Achieve call targets for lead generation and existing database.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through provided training.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE “O” Level qualification.
  • Candidates with no experience are welcome; training will be provided.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls to various types of contacts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively over the phone.
