As a
Restaurant & Bar Manager , you will be tasked to:

  • Oversee operations of The Westin Singapore's specialty gastro-bar.
  • He/She will manage daily restaurant operations
  • Drive Revenue for the restaurant
  • Spearhead Events (eg: buyouts, promotional events, partnerships)
  • Maintains sanitation standards and assists associates during peak meal periods.

Managing Day-to-Day Operations

  • Supervises and manages employees. Manages all daytoday operations. Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in associates' absence.
  • Maintains service and sanitation standards in restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas.
  • Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met. Ensures all associates are aligned with The Westin brand standards
