Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage bar operations, including inventory, supplies, and budgets
  • Lead and train staff to provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement beverage menus and promotions
  • Ensure timely preparation for events and provision of orders
  • Coordinate with the outlet manager to develop and implement beverage trends and market needs
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
  • Upsell and promote beverages
  • Maintain bar inventory and handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Stock and maintain the bar, including equipment, glasses, and accessories
  • Maintain order and cleanliness of the bar at all times
  • Set and enforce quality and safety controls
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in managing a bar setting
  • Excellent computer, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to diffuse tense situations and resolve conflicts
  • Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Effectively delegate responsibilities and maximize resources
