Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring smooth functioning and high standards of service.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for the bar and restaurant, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise bar and restaurant staff, create and manage staff schedules, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns promptly.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Menu and Beverage Management: Work with chefs and bartenders to develop and update menus, ensure the bar offers a diverse and appealing selection of beverages, and monitor product quality and consistency.
- GCE "O" level or equivalent, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Bar Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of bar and restaurant operations, including food and beverage management.
- At least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
