Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Decades Bar Pte. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our bar operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the bar team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Develop and implement effective bar operations strategies to increase sales and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and control bar inventory, including ordering and stocking of supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including liquor licensing and health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a bar management role, preferably in a similar establishment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of liquor licensing laws and regulations, as well as health and safety standards.
